Join us on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lapel Stony Creek Twp. Fire Territory, located at 8871 W 200 S, Lapel, Indiana 46051. This event is an excellent opportunity for public safety agencies, departments, and community partners to come together, showcase their services, and connect with the public.

The celebration will feature a range of exciting activities, including:
– Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement Demonstrations

With 5 years of experience in the fire service and 2 years with LSCTFT, Destiny serves as an Advanced EMT, bringing her skills and compassion to those in need. By day, she works full-time as an Advanced EMT at Community Hospital Anderson, further solidifying her commitment to helping others.

For Destiny, volunteering is about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She finds fulfillment in being a source of comfort and support during life’s most challenging moments, and values the connections she makes along the way. As she puts it, “I volunteer because I love making a difference in people’s lives. I like being the light in someone’s darkest day. I am also able to make connections.”

Destiny’s outstanding dedication and service to the community are truly deserving of recognition. She consistently exceeds expectations in her role, providing exceptional patient care with a calm and approachable demeanor that puts everyone at ease.
